5 STEP CLEANING PROCESS
- Evaluate – Our friendly team takes time to examine your carpet, noting areas that may need special attention, determining the cost of all requested services.
- Pre-Vac – We will vacuum the carpet to get it ready for the cleaning process.
- Pre-Treat – Cleaning is accomplished using a pH balanced process. Pre-treating loosens soil and prepares the area for steam cleaning.
- Spot & Stain Treatment – As needed, specialized processes may be used on the tough areas to restore your carpet.
- Deep, Hot Water Extraction – Our specially treated, soft water extraction process removes soil that has settled deep within the fibers of the carpeting.
- Deodorize & Protect– As needed, these services are available at an additional cost. After we have cleaned your carpet, we suggest applying a carpet protector to certain fiber types. This product gives your carpet an added layer of protection against spills and stains. We especially recommend this service for those with children and pets. This product helps to prevent future spots and spills from setting in, allowing easier clean up.
Expert Spot and Stain Removal
Coffee spills, red stains from drinks, or rust – We have specialized processes to remove each of these, plus we can address many others. Natural Fiber Rugs (wool) require a cleaning process that is best serviced in our facility. We offer a pick up and delivery service to simplify the process for our customers.
